Mission Statement

     

The United Papillon & Phalene Association has been created to promote proper 
breeding practices to ensure the quality of purebred Papillons and Phalenes.
The United Papillon & Phalene Association promotes and protects the UKC breed 
standard.

The United Papillon & Phalene Association encourages showing in conformation 
and all obedience, agility and trial events held by UKC that is appropriate for 
Papillons and Phalenes, 
and encourages Sportsmanlike conduct both on and off the field.

The United Papillon & Phalene Association members are willing to mentor and 
help new people who wish to be involved with Papillons and Phalenes
