The United Papillon & Phalene Association is comprised of individuals who share a passion for the welfare of papillons and phalenes. The United Papillon & Phalene Association accepts the AKC, UKC and Canada breed standard. The UPPA encourages proper breeding practices and responsible ownership. Both pet owners and breeders are welcome to apply for membership in the UPPA.  

Members of the United Papillon & Phalene Association participate in all venues appropriate for the Papillon and Phalene. United Papillon And Phalene Association members are willing to share feeding, grooming, training and other tips that Companion pet owners may find helpful. UPPA members can share pictures of their dogs and participate in contests on the UPPA Discussion Forum.
